Making the first sample if required

Finishing the production after sample approval

Sampling Process

The average delivery time for customised clothing is around 35-40 days. These timelines can vary according to whether you’re selecting from our stock colours or requesting any new colours, time of the year, quantities, etc.

Timelines

We strive to offer the fastest sample turnaround times in the industry starting at just seven days. All you need to do is to chose from the many options of fabrics readily available with us, finalise the logo print or embroidery and our team will take it from there. If you provide us with clear and concise design handovers, we can also produce patterns in as little as 72 hours and have samples ready to go within a week – depending on the level of complexity.

Fees

The Sample Cost is always higher than the agreed garment price. We will adjust the Sample Fee in the bulk order so that you eventually pay the same price for the sample and the bulk order.

We then place them in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure a secure and snug fit. Once packed, your order is dispatched using the most trusted and efficient shipping option. We partner with logistics companies that share our commitment to sustainability, opting for carbon-neutral shipping methods whenever feasible.
