Printing
We use different methods for printing your logo or design on the garment. Each method has its advantages and is chosen based on factors like design complexity, fabric type, budget and quantity of shirts needed. Here are some common printing techniques that our customers prefer:
Screen Printing:
This involves pressing ink through a stencil onto the fabric using a mesh screen. It’s great for bold designs and vibrant colors.
Direct to Garment (DTG):
Similar to printing on paper, DTG printers apply ink directly onto the fabric. It’s ideal for intricate designs and detailed images.
Heat Transfer Printing:
This technique transfers designs from a special paper to the fabric using
heat and pressure. It’s versatile and suitable for small batches.
Sublimation Printing:
Sublimation ink is heat-transferred onto the fabric where it turns into a gas
and bonds with the fibres. It is best for polyester fabrics and allows for full-color designs
Embroidery:
Instead of printing, embroidery involves stitching designs onto the fabric using threads. It adds texture and dimension to the design but is usually more expensive.
